Depending on all we discussed we will propose the next step, this normally involves us getting in contact with your engineering partner to investigate technical details and possible restraints. We start creating a project plan and get communication going with all stakeholders. We start building and if needed modifying your palletizers.
We work together with your engineering partner to prepare your site (power, air, compatibility with existing systems like conveyors etc) We plan a date for delivering and installing your brand new palletizers together with your engineering partner and do a complete function test and finetune programming to your specific needs.
An important aspect is to train selected employees and engineers on the working and maintenance of the palletizer. After all is signed off and working properly, we hand you “the keys” and we keep in close contact to provide any help you might need.
It´s good to know our palletizers can be connected to WiFi in order to perform remote support troubleshooting and software up-dates if needed.
